As you likely know, Growably is built on top of the High-Level platform.

They also publish their Data Processing Agreement here.
In addition, we (Growably Pty Ltd) have a signed Data Processing Agreement with HighLevel LLC.
We (Growably Pty Ltd) are able to sign that same Data Processing Agreement with your company if required.

SIDE NOTE:
If you're using Mailgun to send emails through Growably, then High-Level has a current limitation where they only allow the Mailgun integration to send through the Mailgun US Servers. If you'd like High-Level to add a feature to allow sending through Mailgun EU servers, please vote and comment on this Feature Request and hopefully they'll build it out soon.
