What are the Vendor/Product Mini-Tribes / User-Groups?

When there is enough interest shown by the Tribe in a specific Product or Vendor, we will start a dedicated Mini-Tribe / User Group so that more conversations about that particular vendor can take place in a dedicated section inside the Community.


Tribers will have to click a JOIN button to join the group, which will then opt them into to seeing all the Conversations & Activity happening inside that group.


This has a number of advantages:

  1. Conversations about a particular Vendor / Product won’t fill up the Activity Streams of Tribers who aren’t interested in that particular Vendor / Product (as you’ll have to Join the User Group to see the posts inside it)
  2. It helps MSPs have a more direct & collective communication channel with Vendors as we will aim to have at least 1 x Vendor representative inside each of the User Groups
  3. It allows vendors a bit more leeway in announcing improvements/changes with their Products.
