Here are the main differences:
- The New Newsletter is designed to be commercially printed with bleed (more details here) which results in a MUCH higher quality newsletter (bigger impact for clients)
- The New Newsletter can be automatically generated (from here)
- The NEW Newsletter comes in the following 2 x formats:
- 9″x16″ with full bleed
- 9″x 16″ without bleed (can be sent electronically)
- The Legacy Newsletter comes in the following 2 x formats:
- A4 – InDesign
- A4 – Canva
- A4 – Word
- A4 – Publisher
- Letter – InDesign
- Letter – Canva
- Letter – Word
- Letter – Publisher
- The Legacy Newsletter can be printed from an office printer (in either A4 or Letter size)
- The Legacy Newsletter doesn’t look as good as the New Newsletter because it can’t do Bleed etc
If enough people still want to use the Legacy Newsletter (normally to save on printing costs), then we’ll keep creating it for the foreseeable future.
