To help understand any potential UK VAT Requirements, we engaged the services of three separate UK Tax Advisors.
After research, they all advised us that we don’t need to charge VAT in addition to our monthly membership fees based on the following parameters:
- We are an Australian based company
- We are a B2B (Business to Business) only service
- A heavy component of our offering is mentoring and live coaching delivered both via our Community Forum & our regular Live Group Webinars / Calls, so we don’t class as a Digital Service
