Hi there – Nigel here
Hopefully this doesn’t come across as sounding arrogant, as it’s certainly not my intention.
As you might imagine, with thousands of members in our Tech Tribe and many more thousands of followers, I get asked for my advice / tips / coaching and to pick my brain pretty regularly.
And I would LOVE to respond and help with everything personally (honestly, I would).
But, I wouldn’t have any time left to lead our business and create all the stuff I build for our Tech Tribe members
So, If you’re a Tech Tribe member, the best place to ask any MSP specific questions is inside our Tribal Community so you can get the collective wisdom of the Tribe helping you out.
(including our amazing team of Tribal Elders)
I am also very active in the Tribal Community, so there’s a chance I may respond to your question if I have some tips / thoughts I can add!
For sensitive / confidential topics, you can always use the Ask an Anonymous Question feature and my team will anonymously post your sensitive / confidential question anonymously in the Community (so no one knows it came from you).
And if you’re NOT a Tech Tribe member yet, then what are you waiting for?
If you’re still needing 1:1 Support or Coaching or Mentorship, here’s a list of some of the 1:1 MSP Coaches & Coaching Programs in our Industry that might be able to help:
- Manuel Palachuk
- Richard Tubb
- Pete Matheson
- Stuart Warwick
- Ian Lane
- Chris Wiser
- Todd Kane (Todd is a maestro at building and managing a Service Delivery team and coaches MSPs on this stuff)
- Sea Level Ops (Rex runs a great MSP coaching program focused on Operational Excellence)
- ConnectStrat (Jamison runs a great MSP Leadership & Coaching program that helps MSPs doing typically around $2M+ to scale faster with a strong leadership team)
- MSP Advisor (Dave Wilkeson has over 29 years of experience building profitable technology services companies)
- Brian Hoppe
- Matt Torrens - scaled an MSP from 2 people to $8M turnover before it was acquired
(just make sure you do your own Due Diligence to make sure that they’re a good fit for what you’re looking for)
I sincerely hope this doesn’t come across the wrong way – if you know me personally, you’ll know that I’m the exact opposite of being arrogant or elitist, I just know that a deep intentional focus on the right things is what is needed from me to build the HUGE vision we have for our members of our Tech Tribe!
So, as much as I would honestly love to, I need to politely say no to a lot of things (like requests for 1:1 help, calls, advise, coaching, coffee catch-ups etc) so I can help our team move forward on our Tribal mission!
Onwards and upwards
