Why shouldn't I use the default email option in Growably?

By default, High-Level lets you send emails out of Growably via our Mailgun account as soon as your Growably account has been created. 


However, since our Mailgun account doesn't (yet) know about your Email Domain (as we need to add it manually), any emails you send to people will have huge problems, including looking horrible to the recipient (see below), landing in Junk Email folders or, worse, not arriving at all. 


So, our STRONG recommendation is to pick one of the following options before you send a single email from Growably:

  1. Integrate your own Mailgun account.
  2. Use our Mailgun account. 
  3. Use your own SMTP Service

Unfortunately there's no way for us to stop this default behavior (yet) however it can be easily fixed by using one of the options on this page.
